How much is this going to cost me?
Well, it depends. We would like to give a simple answer for everyone over the Internet, but every situation is different. Some people have larger homes than others. Some people require just moving; others may need a full-service transition. There just isn't a one-size-fits-all answer.

However, what we do offer is a FREE moving assessment by one of our trained advocates so we can customize our service to your individual needs and give you an estimate based on your specific situation.

Do you charge a flat rate or by the hour?
Services are charged per hour and the rates do vary based on which services are required. There are NO hidden fees. We recommend setting up a FREE pre-move assessment to get an accurate estimate. Do you charge to come see my home and give me an estimate?
Not at all. An in-home assessment is free of charge.

Do you move BIG items like pianos, safes, or grandfather clocks?
Of course. We are skilled and trained to move these items to make the transition as easy as possible. An additional fee may apply to move especially large items such as these.

How do I know I can trust the movers?
Each one of our moving professionals undergoes a rigorous background check prior to employment. As a senior transition company, we hold our employees to a very high standard. We value your safety and the safety of your valuables.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, or any major credit cards as a method of payment.

Do you provide boxes?
We can provide boxes in various sizes and types; however, there is an additional cost per box. Once the move is complete, the boxes are yours to keep.

We DO, however, provide moving crates at no cost to you. These FREE crates can be used to assist with your items for the duration of the move. We do require that they be returned upon completion of our service to you.

I have an item that needs to be taken apart to move. Can you bring tools?
We can provide the necessary tools to assist in taking apart and re-assembling your furniture. We'll try to get this information when you call to book a move or during the free assessment, so we can come prepared with all the necessary items.

Can you move a hospital/motorized bed?
Yes, except if the bed is a rental/DME, then we will be unable to move it. In that case, you will need to contact the company from which you received it.
